Geotagging in Twitter

Now you can Geotag your tweets on twitter. You must first approve it in your preferences on twitter.com.

Better integration with maps on the iPhone

When you're on a place, click on "Directions", then open "Maps" and you get a description how to reach that location from your current position.

Better integration with twitter and facebook

In your statusbar now shows where you are and in your profile, your location.

Badge

Show your position or info on a place on a blog or website. You can resize the map by changing the variables width and height.

New release

We have updated our website for regular phones and for iPhones with new features and design.

There have been some bugs with the new release, but they are now resolved.
Geolocation

With iPhone OS 3.0, you can now locate you directly in Safari. Log in to iphone.mobilemapme.com to update your position.

Nokia Maps

You can now send your location and status from Nokia Maps via e-mail. You can find your personal email address under your account.

  • 1. Start the Nokia Maps and locate your position.

  • 2. Choose to send your position by e-mail.

  • 3. Choose your personal e-mail address and in the subject line, type in where you are? For example, "Home" and in the message line, type in what you are doing? For example, "Watching TV" and then you send the message.

Twitter
Are you using Twitter?

Then you can now publish your position directly to Twitter from Mobile Map Me. Settings can be found under your account.

Facebook Connect

Finally you can share your Mobile Map Me on Facebook.
Login and click on the tab Facebook, invite your friends and start sharing your location and status directly to Facebook.
